The Elrec Terra is IRIS Instruments' most advanced IP and resistivity receiver, featuring 20 simultaneous measurement channels with a 24-bit ADC delivering 31 effective bits at 100 Hz—capable of accurately resolving IP signals of just a few millivolts. Its colour touchscreen displays all 20 IP decay curves and a live resistivity pseudo-section simultaneously, while full waveform time-series data is recorded automatically in the background for post-processing with the free FullWave Viewer software. Scalable from 48 to 240 electrodes via Switch Terra units or Master-Slave pairing, it covers everything from rapid 2D profiles to large 4D monitoring programmes.
