Compact PS logging system for precise P-wave and S-wave velocity measurement
The McSEIS-PS paired with the Borehole Pick (Model-3315) delivers accurate downhole P- and S-wave velocity logging in boreholes as small as 56 mm diameter. The system records 3-component geophone data (one vertical, two horizontal) at 24-bit resolution across 8 channels and transfers data to any Windows laptop via Ethernet for seamless processing with SeisImager/DH software. Its splash-proof construction and external 12 V DC power make it well-suited for demanding field environments.
