Modular multi-channel MRS system for deep groundwater investigation to 150 m
The NUMIS Poly is a portable modular MRS system extending direct groundwater detection to 150 m depth, with all individual units weighing 25 kg or less for man-portable field deployment. Up to four receiver units provide multi-channel MRS signal recording for remote noise reference enhancement or 2D acquisition, while two DC/DC converter units and a 150 m square loop enable the deepest investigations with full T1 and T2* relaxation time measurement for superior permeability estimation. For investigations to 100 m, a single converter with a 100 m square loop is sufficient, measuring T2* only.
