Wireless single-channel passive seismograph for rapid, cable-free MASW surveys
The Atom-1C (Atom-PS) is a nodal, single-channel passive seismograph system designed to acquire microtremor data for shear-wave velocity (Vs) profiling to depths of approximately 1.5 km — no spread cables required. Each compact acquisition unit features 24-bit A/D conversion, GPS-controlled timing, and 4 GB of internal storage with up to 70 hours of battery life, enabling fast deployment across roads, driveways, and other access-constrained environments. Wireless data download via the included Wi-Fi access point streamlines the workflow from field acquisition to SeisImager processing.
