Pressuremeter sonde for 100 mm diameter boreholes in rock from soft to hard
The Elastmeter Sonde 4 inch (Model-4203) is purpose-built for 100 mm borehole testing, filling a gap that conventional OYO elastmeter models could not address. Using a rubber packer tube and a caliper-type two-way sensor, it directly measures borehole displacement under applied pressure up to 20 MPa, capturing stress-deformation characteristics needed for the foundation design of demanding structures including high-rise buildings, dams, and bridges. The sonde connects to the Elast Recorder for automated data logging.
