The McSEIS-SW is a high-accuracy 24-channel seismic recording system engineered specifically for surface wave analysis and refraction seismic surveys. It captures wideband signals (1.75 Hz to 8 kHz) at 24-bit resolution and transfers data in SEG2 format to any Windows laptop over Ethernet, where OYO's SeisImager/SW and SeisImager/2D software enable complete 2D S-wave velocity profiling and N-value estimation in the office. Its splash-proof enclosure and low power consumption make it reliable in challenging outdoor conditions.
