G-822A Cesium Magnetometer
Industry-standard cesium sensor for manned and large unmanned aircraft magnetic surveys
The G-822A is a precision cesium airborne magnetometer recognized as the industry standard for manned aircraft and large unmanned aerial vehicle surveys. The sensor outputs a Larmor frequency directly proportional to the local magnetic field strength, which is then counted by a user-supplied counter or a professional compensator such as the RMS Instruments AARC500. Its temperature-controlled, weatherproof electronics package ensures full performance stability across extreme operating conditions, and the ultra-stable design eliminates the need for sensor recalibration. An export version is available for unrestricted international deployment.
