The MagStation is Geometrics' most advanced magnetometer base station, built around the proven MFAM sensor technology for stationary, high-sensitivity monitoring of the Earth's total magnetic field. The self-contained unit integrates GPS, onboard data storage, and a built-in Wi-Fi access point, enabling rapid field deployment without external equipment. Through the MagNav Android app, operators can monitor and control the system wirelessly in real time, and time-aligned recordings — accurate to within 1 ms — allow effective correction of diurnal and higher-frequency geomagnetic disturbances when used alongside Geometrics survey magnetometers.
